STEP 1

COMPLIMENTARY FITNESS OR NUTRITION CONSULTATION - PHONE OR ZOOM

I offer 30-minute complimentary phone consultations for both personal training and nutrition consulting to discuss your history, current state, your goals, and what you want out of training. I will tell you about my experience, my training style, and how specifically I will help you meet your individual goals. I offer advice, direction, and an overview of how I will help you reach your goals. At this stage, I cannot give specific training or nutritional programs.

STEP 2

Option One: IN-PERSON FITNESS ASSESSMENT at my location in Ellicott City

For prospective personal training clients, if you can come meet me in person at my home base in historic Ellicott City, I offer a complimentary in-person fitness assessment in addition to the 30-minute complimentary consultation described above. This is not a typical workout; instead, this is a light exploratory session where we will go through the basic patterns of human movement and discover how your body moves and you can improve. 

Option Two: IN-PERSON FITNESS ASSESSMENT at your home

I can come to your home or apartment for an in-person personal training consultation and fitness assessment described above for $80. We will discuss your history, current state, your goals, and what you want out of training with me. I will tell you about my experience, my training style, and how I will specifically help you meet your individual goals. Then, I will conduct an exploratory session where we will go through the basic patterns of human movement and discover how your body moves and how you can improve. I offer advice, direction, and an overview of specifically how training with me will help you reach your goals. At this stage, I cannot give specific training or nutritional programs.

  1. I will discover your health, fitness, and nutrition history, and current state.

  2. We will understand and define your training goals.

  3. I will explain my experience and how specifically I can help you meet your goals.

  4. I will offer general exercise and nutritional advice and direction to help you on your journey.

  5. We will discuss the best scheduling and pricing options.

If we decide we are the right fit for each other and decide on a holistic fitness plan, here is what you can expect moving forward:

  • PERSONAL TRAINING includes one-on-one training with a fully customized workout plan based on your body, your goals, and your preferences, as well as education and discussion of nutrition that will most effectively get you results.

  • NUTRITIONAL CONSULTING sessions focus exclusively on diving deep into your current nutrition habits and how to change them to meet your goals. We discover how many calories your body actually needs to achieve your goals, how much exercise is required (though no specific, detailed exercise program will be given), and the percentages of macro-nutrients your body needs to succeed.   

  • PERSONAL TRAINING AND NUTRITIONAL CONSULTING packages include both one-on-one personal training sessions and a fully customized workout plan based on your body, your goals and your preferences in addition to separate one-hour nutrition consultation sessions that dive deep into your nutrition habits, needs, and how to change them to meet your goals faster.
