The program is NOT for those who are not willing to put in the work. There is no trainer, coach, or program that can do the work for you. It works only if you do. This program is not for those who are using it instead of using a doctor or hospitalization.
I use proven principles of fitness training, disease prevention, and behavior science to offer the best results possible. I have a body-positive coaching philosophy that integrates your cognitive and emotional needs with your physical goals to strengthen all aspects of your health.
I offer six- or twelve-week coaching packages that include:
- 50-minute coaching calls each week,
- a custom exercise program specifically for you and your goals,
- and mindset coaching that uses scientifically-proven techniques to create a happy, healthy mindstate.
- Plus, additional weekly motivating email check-ins to help keep you on-track.
Together, we turn your dreams into goals and overcome any roadblocks to success. Weekly 50-minute holistic fitness coaching calls include physical training along with physical, emotional, and mental coaching. After each coaching call, I will design your action plan for the week, including workouts and personal growth exercises. You will build strength, confidence, and perseverance in body, mind, and spirit.
